Ingredients
- Baguette: 1 pc
- Lean pork shoulder: 500g
- Purple onion, garlic, lemongrass, chili, lingonberry: 100g
- Fish sauce, sugar, seasoning, pepper: 50ml
- Cucumber, Vietnamese coriander, soy sauce: 50g
- Tools: Pan, spoon, knife, cutting board
Instructions
Step 1: Process materials
- Wash pork belly and slice thinly to taste.
- Peel and chop purple onion and garlic.
- Wash cucumbers and slice thinly.
- Remove rotten leaves from coriander, wash, and chop finely.
Step 2: Marinate the meat
- Put the pork in a bowl, add shallots, minced garlic, fish sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, ground pepper, and turmeric powder.
- Mix well so the meat absorbs the seasoning.
- Marinate the meat for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Grilled meat
- Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Put the pork in the baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
- During the grilling process, turn the meat over so it cooks evenly.
- When the meat is golden brown, remove it from the oven.
